The Countach was always my favorite until the Aventador came along.... The Aventador being far less of a 'driver's car', but also just an all around king of kings.
Not one, but *TWO* of my cousins that got the jab now have COVID. One might have to be hospitalizated. Neither are overweight or have underlying health issues. When I spoke with a relative yesterday I had to go "that's awful" but in my head I'm thinking "idiots". Yea, let's all trust a bs...
These are good little trucks. I had one as work truck years ago and when I turned it in to leave for another job it had 182k on it. Same year, but with the long bed. Only issue it ever had was a wheel bearing that went out.
These are great little cars. 15 or so years ago a friend of mine had a N/A 944 (same color) and a 944 turbo. The N/A's are pretty rock solid and cheap to maintain. The turbo's are fun but can be costly to keep up. Both had in excess of 200k on the odometer. The N/A had around 250k before he...
Gwinnett place BMW uses Tint World in Duluth. They seem to do a good job. I just use the dealer for my cars. They'll match the rear without it being "too illegal". I'd guess the tint on my trucks to be 20% on the front. Not enough to raise red flags, but dark enough no one can make out your face.
The M550i was on my radar for a little while, but I read too many horor stories about the N63 engine, including some grenading themselves out of nowhere. I suppose a 540i M-sport could be an option. But we're back to the oil consumption question... since it uses a slightly different version of...
Oh my god, hell no. Cool cars but have you ridden in a 964 or a 993? Uncomfortable as hell! If I go the 911 route I'm set on a naturally aspirated 997.2.
Not dead set. Like I said, I'm considering a few different options; another F150, a Tundra, a Cayman, an older 911S, a Supra, etc. But I'm leaning toward a go fast as opposed to another truck.
I'll be making another purchase later this year (in the Aug to Oct range) and have several candidates in mind, both cars and trucks - one being a 2021 Supra. But I hear the BMW B58 in the 2021's is consuming insane amounts of oil. Any input?
I had a 2008 Frontier as work truck (through my employer) a little over a decade ago. We put 142,000 miles on it a couple of years. No issues other than the transmission crapping out at 135k. I think that was also due in part to the company owner towing 4,000 lb trailers with it on weekends...
