I am and slowly I am getting left hand bolt action rifles. Not as easy to come by. Only have 2 so far. Lefty Tikka T3X stainless in 308 and a lefty Ruger model 77 stainless and laminated wood stock in 7 mag. I have several other rifles but those are the only 2 lefty’s. I want a stainless 25/06 as well. I hate rust on a gun btw

I'm left handed. My first deer rifle was a ruger #3. However since I was the odd ball I just learned to shoot right handed guns and never looked back.

One big advantage to being left handed when all my cousins were right handed is I would turn my stands to the extreme left so they couldn't easily shoot out of them.

Same thing here. I can't work a lefty bolt with the same dexterity as a righty. I shoot left with long guns and archery but right with hand guns.

Only hunted coyotes. Used either my Savage in 22wmr or in .243

I’m left eye dominant so I have to shoot long guns left handed but use right handed guns. When I went through counter sniper school, the first week the instructors were amazed at how fast I could work the bolt and get a follow up shot on second target! I’ve learned to overcome and adapt.

Fellow southpaw here as well. With all of the RH rifles I have had and used over the years, I shoot righty bolt guns faster. RH rifles are also easier to sell or trade (if one is into that sort of thing ;). I have owned and like LH bolt guns and run them just fine, only have 1 at present 🙂

My Dad was the same way. He only wrote left handed. Everything else right handed

Shot right hand for up till I was 30 plus. Began losing sight in right eye and had to change over to left. Hard habit to break. I also could not find many left hand guns at the time. I have a 270 A Bolt Medallion wife found in 1987 for my Christmas present. It is my favorite deer gun and I have added some LH shotguns to my collection.
