Have him contact the manuf. He might have gotten one from their first "runs". Jgreen told me they are sending everyone a upgrade "kit" that's suppose to fix all the ammo "cycling" probs.

I bought one yesterday and have not shot it yet. It does look like it will shoot your finger off if you get a little careless. It came with the repair kit to change the springs.
