Hot sausage, bisquick, olive oil, sharp cheddar kneaded all together. House smells awesome, dogs wagging tails at front door....lol.

Back when I could eat fried foods I also use Bisquick pancake with beer for my fish batter..Nice Tempura coating, not a crunchy coating just sweet.
