I had some hot deer sausage this morning. I let it thaw all night and woke up this morning thinking about it. Cooked it up and ate the hell out of it. It was num num.

Hot sausage, bisquick, olive oil, sharp cheddar kneaded all together. House smells awesome, dogs wagging tails at front door....lol.

I love sharp cheddar. It is a perfect combination with deer sausage.
