I'm not a fan of Hornady's marketing. A lot of "badge engineering" and misleading claims. However, I can't argue with the consistent results I get for accuracy.

Stir that pot. What would be nice is a Marlin in 327 Federal that would cycle 32 S&W Short or Long, H&R Mag. That would make a good all around rifle.A lever action 6.8 would be sweet.
Just make sure this one has a rifled barrel. I hear it helps some with accuracy.I just ordered 5 boxes of the 170 grainers from Cabelas. It was the only place that had any. I have found over the years that a heavier bullet is generally more accurate but that is just my experience.
Can't wait to get this thing. I love new firearms.

I load XTP’s in .45 acp(230 gr.)and 10mm(200 gr.) and have been satisfied for years.I'm not a fan of Hornady's marketing. A lot of "badge engineering" and misleading claims. However, I can't argue with the consistent results I get for accuracy.
Last time I checked the 90gr XTP is the only bullet in .380 that passes the FBI standard.I load XTP’s in .45 acp(230 gr.)and 10mm(200 gr.) and have been satisfied for years.
