WWII Bomb crater

I was on a trail run through the woods here in Germany and happened upon a bomb crater. There were at least 15 that we saw over the course of a 20km run near the city.

No, but there are WWII bombs found in the city every couple weeks or so. Pretty crazy.

A friend of mine here in Cologne told me that there was an unexploded bomb found on the playground of his pre-school daughter last year. Pretty scary.

My dad was there during Vietnam. He said the destruction there was immense even 20-25 years after. There are probably tons of neat stuff there just waiting to be discovered.
