Lets not forget about putting Fleetwood Mac on the worst band list too. Take Rush off and add them instead.

I would have to say the worst band ever in my opinion was the wedding band

That's funny right there... sort of like the joke about the failed Broadway play "Closed for Remodeling".
Truthfully though-- "Grim Faeries". My mama taught me better, but I was yelling "You suck!". They opened for someone good (MLwTKK?) at the Masquerade some years back.

Sheesh. Got the stereo set up in the new house-- finally a big room for my stereo-- and was tweaking the speaker positions using... Dark Side of the Moon, of course.
The back-and-forth across-the-sound-stage drum intro to Time... what else would you use? : )
Got to make sure there's no hole in the middle of sound stage in two channel mode. Then it's time to work on the surrounds for the movies.
I'll agree that some early Pink Floyd sucks. But not all of it.
