as in my other post i was showing the first of two work lunches we are having this week.the other is meat loaf with white corn and baby lima beans. the meat loaf is a typical meat loaf using the recipe from a can of hunts meat loaf fixin's , i add Worcestershire sauce as well as hinez 57 sauce , diced bell pepper, celery and onions, annd a couple of fresh from the garden jalapenos with the seeds removed to knock down some of the heat. this with the other meal is cooked usually on a sunday . once i start everything i head out side and do what ever , checking on the stuff cook as necessary untill everything get done. this type meal is put in sealing plates that are divided into three places. this along with the other meals are set in the frig. where they are ready to grab on the way out the door. this is just a couple of things out of the 50 or so things we cook to take for our lunches.
