Wonder what is wrong with this deer

Scrotal Hernia 100% I had a big 7 with this same condition last year. Some pictures it would be more swollen than others. I found a case study online from either 1974 or 72 that documented this condition. They had a dead buck that looked healthy other than a giant sack. My 7 from last year disappeared a week before bow season. No one around killed him. I do believe their blood becomes septic/sepsis then they die.

My guess is his intestines are 'out of place.' By that I mean they are all bound up in his sack. He is probably unable to defecate and it is causing swelling and fluid build up.
