I burn wood in the winter, run the attic fan and ceiling fans in the summer with AC set at 80F.

Turned the heat on for the first time a couple of days ago to make sure it worked. Let it take the chill out of the house then turned it off. It remains off. We have to cool our house for 8 to 10 months a year in South GA dont need to pay for in the winter too.

1750 sf ranch on a full basement.
72 setting winter
70 in Summer.
Put new garage doors on last March.
Just got my power bill 58.00
18% lower than last last year.
Gas heat and cooking.
Gas bill 36.00 November.
Bill for gas during winter averages 110.00 with Temps in 30s to 50s
Gas and Electricity in a fery cold month 165.00
But average 90.00 for both.
One level and replacing basement doors has really cut the power and gas bill.
I look forward to seeing what a very cold month will cost.
2018 I weighed 262
Now 206 pounds
I did get to 196 and the cold really hit me hard. I had to add an electic heater to bump up the bedroom for 1 hour before I got under 3 blankets.
