I was at the local Wal-Mart the other day and they had a flat top AR for $799. I asked who made it and they told me Windham. I have never heard of this company so I go home and do a little internet research and lo and behold I find out that this is the "Old" Bushmaster. Seems like they are putting out a pretty good product from the reports I've seen on the web.

Yes sir. The original owner of Bushmaster didn't like the fact that Cerberus moved the factory out of Winham, He didn't sell Cerberus his factory or machinery, he was just leasing it to them. When Cerberus closed up shop and fired everybody so they could move production, he reopened the plant under a different name.

I say good on him. If I was looking for a factory gun, I would be all over one simply because I like the mans ethics.

I am planning on going and finding one and buying it on Tuesday . Decided to buy one to show support of Windham Weaponry after reading about them in the new Shotgun News.
