Winchester 94 value?

For the bolt guns, it makes a difference - the construction of the guns was changed, and not to the better in most people's opinion. The stocks were changed, all sorts of stuff, to make the guns cheaper to manufacture.

For the lever guns, not so much, and it's "one of those" things - just like folks wanting a premium for "pre-Ban AR-15s" - which are exactly like post post- ban AR-15s.

Not so much due to the cut off date, but 1960 and earlier Model 94 seem to have more finely grained, denser wood, but so does every other gun of that era.
