I figured it out. Your initial listing was in the "Boat's/Jetski" section. The other two adds you listed were in the right spot but appeared as early relist.

Riddle's explanation should help. An ad can only be re-listed after 72 hours. This is commonly referred to as the 3 day rule. Please wait until the system sends you a PM saying it is ready to re-list.
