These commercials are for working age folks not working watching TV all day and need income somehow. Whether today or tomorrow, their poor decision making will strike again and they will try and capitalize on their "misfortune".

Plus "you only pay if we win."

We need a loser pay system. You bring a BS lawsuit to court and lose then you have to pay court cost and the other side’s attorney fees, as well as any damages the judge sees fit to access. Would put a stop to a lot of the ambulance chasers.
