How often do these meets come around, and are noobs welcome?

This one is a bit unique since we will have space to set up tables and display trade/sale items. There are usually a couple of meets each year with a chance to mix and mingle. Sometimes a few folks have items in their car trunks to trade/sale. This is truly a swap meet and is the first one in a long time. Noobs are always welcome.
