For big family gatherings, especially breakfast, it is a great tool to have. We often have two ovens inside the house baking the biscuits, with several packs of bacon, sausages, and sometimes hashbrowns on the griddle. If we are not doing biscuits, we use it for pancakes, using one of the squeeze handle batter dispensers, and you still have room for bacon and sausage. It is also great for a flat iron steak, burger and dogs, or stir-fry. Easy to heat up, easy to clean, and roll it away and put it under the cover when done.
