Who makes the most cost effective suppressors? Something for occassional use?

Is there a generally accepted " best suppressor " for a .22 rifle ? As in inexpensive , easy to clean , decent sound reduction.

I have the rugged occulus and I love it.
First shot silent. no problems with it at all. Don't even hear a sound from the rifle. shooting cci standard velocity. dead silent.

Maybe its my cheap self but for a few times a year I believe i would have to go with a 22 cal air Pistol and save myself Hundreds of dollars and the 22cal cal will dispatch most critters alot quieter.

Do you know of an air pistol that generates sufficient power to humanely kill anything ?
