That would be a +2. The +3 goes to the end of a 20” barrel.

This is the one I had in mind

I tried to order one on Optics Planet 6 months ago but they don’t carry it anymore or, never got them in who knows?
I could go either +2 or +3 in any case cuz I haven’t cut the barrel yet.

I hadn’t seen that yet. Not sure what they changed to get that extra round in there, and if it compromises reliability.

I dunno. I’m guessing it has something to do with the spring and deletion of the bayonet mount. I don’t know of anyone who has got one yet, much less anyone who’s done any testing/reviews on them to determine reliability. I was planning on doing that myself if I could get one. But, at this point I’ll take whatever I can get, it’s near impossible to find any mag tube extensions in stock
