Definitely next one!!!!My version of Korean Meatloaf:
2 lbs ground beef or venison
1 cup +- bread crumbs- panko or unseasoned
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp minced or pureed garlic
2 tbsp sesame oil
1-2 tbsp Gochujang- not mandatory but adds a bit of kick
1/2-3/4 cup chopped green onions, the green part. One bunch is what I use.
1 egg
Mix everything together and add bread crumbs until you get the right texture. Form into loaf and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. Leftovers make a killer sandwich with a squirt of Gochujang.
