This vid is a total illusion. It is a combo of digital artifacting

(Note the pic of the kitty sitting on the bedspread can't exist in the real world. Hence the strange-looking "artifact.")

Junk compression and a cheap camera combined to create something which is clearly not possible....

(And I have read a lot about the science behind invisibility. It may happen 200 years from now, but definitely is not possible now.)
