What cider do these donut makers use? I prefer Dicken's Cider on my weekends.

Mercier's is definitely my favorite of all the north Georgia apple orchards I've been to. I've only seen their donuts prepackaged and not hot off the line. Usually their fried pies or fritters are the freshest and best items from the bakery

Check out Deep Roots Orchard just west of McCaysville. Haven’t had their donuts, but the fried pies are the best. Smaller family run orchard, good folks.

the peach bomb they were selling at 4th of July fireworks was one of the most creative things I had seen in a while. Deep fried peach on a stick.
