They let you join if you have a tax I'd, business license, or a non profit id.
Or you can join KCBS. $35 a year.

Good quality product at Restaurant Depot. Great brisket also

Costco has great meat, other than that kroger

Check the label, Most of the pork I've seen at Kroger is injected with "Solution"
Their chicken is the same way. Much of their beef falls below the "Choice" rating.
Same for a couple more big box stores.
Needless to say I don't buy meat there any longer.
Usually find really good meat at Wilkes, The Farmers market, Ingles, or Publix, I have gotten some good deals on good meat at Sams as well
The key is to always check the label.

Just got back from Findley's. Hadn't been there in a while. Good guys and you will usually leave there with a belly of samples.
