There is a guy in cumming that can do it. Insert Molding a Solutions. His name is Paul. Also sells some really cool expanding subsonic projectiles

Atlanta Trophy Engravers on Peachtree Ind Blvd in Norcross will do it for about $50. The guy has done several of mine, and he's very good - been doing it for many years. Just make sure the lower is stripped.
I have a Sig 556 that I want to SBR. If I have Dobbs cut the barrel who is the manufacturer?Dobbs Defense or the individual/trust? Also on the Sig the upper is the serialized part. Should the lower be given a new serial number and become the SBR?
