Scott Rhino XT, Scott Wolverine, Scott Wolf...Scott anything with a buckle. Velcro is okay for weaker bows. I don't trust velcro with hard hitting low brace height/beyond parallel bows.
Truball or Scott. Find one that fits your hand and make sure the trigger is adjustable. I've been using a truball chappy boss for about 10 years, without any hiccups.
With the NCS you can put it on, tuck it in your sleeve, climb your stand and be ready to go when you get to the top. (after tying in of coarse) all of that and the added bonus of making it harder for you to torque your string when shooting.
I prefer Tru Ball, but I hear Scott's are some of the best also.
As for bulk arrows, best bet is probably Ebay or Amazon. Not sure how much bulk you are trying to buy. Deer Crossing Archery sells a dozen for about the same price as most manufacturers charge for a half dozen.
