what is a complete upper for sail?

1 upper.....upper receiver by itself with or without parts installed


2 barreled upper......upper with barrel no bolt or charging handle


3 complete upper ...... upper with BCG and CH ready to pin on and run...

If I can't slap it to my complete lower and it goes pew pew without needing parts, it's not a complete upper. Sights don't count.
