Go to Costco and get a whole boneless ribeye roast. Cut a few steaks off of it and roast the rest then slice that rare prime rib thin for a sammich.

My problem with this I live in the country and no Costco or Sams nearby so I’m not a member at either. Picked up a steak for tmrw at local store today. I will check Publix in Athens next week as well as the adds.

Any whole ribeye will do and any grocery store butcher will sell you one if you ask. I just said Costco because it is the best prices on meat.
