What’s for supper (or dinner for all you city folks)?

Its better than roast if you do it right, pressure cooker for 50-60 minutes (let the pressure release naturally over a 20min period) or a few hours in a crock pot. I do mine in a Jamaican style with browning, oxtail seasoning, pimento berries (dried allspice), and scotch bonnet peppers. The scotch bonnet may be a little too spicy for some people so opt for chili’s or jalapeños. Serve with rice or peas.

I like spicy food so that sounds pretty good
