I don't think you have to do that. From the way it reads you can request a finalized copy of your Form 1.

Copy of submitted or finalized eForm
o Direct a request to eForms.Request@atf.gov
o Provide specific information regarding what is being requested

Since you have already paid I think you could just mail the form 1 with a copy of your trust and be good to go.
