Welded Flash Hider

Is there anyway to remove a welded flash hider from a barrel?

Usually. Got a pic? Your description is vague, and I can’t tell if you have a pin & weld, a bead of weld (such as found on quite a few AK’s and similar), a muzzle device that has complete weld all around it, or something else entirely.

Break out the grinder and ease down the weld to the pin. Take out the pin. Take off the glash hider

Yep, grind the weld off of the pin. Push/drive the pin out, and unscrew the F-hider. A bit of heat sometimes helps unscrew the f-hider. Just go slow and you'll be fine.

Super easy. Like folks have said,
dremel the weld flush/slightly dimpled in
drill the rest of the weld out
knock the pin out
unscrew flash hider

It don't get no easier than that one. Won't be any "searching for the pin"...
