Waterproof hunting/outdoor jacket

Anyone know of a good waterproof jacket that can work for hunting or whatever outdoors? I was thinking something in OD green so I can wear it whenever. Ive been looking at the Carhartt shoreline but seen mixed reviews on the waterproofing. The mil-tec ECWS looks cool also I'm just broke. Edit: also something that won't break the bank. Like around $100. If that's possible

Outback oilskin jacket or duster and a wide brim felt hat. That's what I wear when hunting in the rain.
