Walked my daughter down the aisle yesterday...

I also have three daughters. I have walked my oldest down the aisle with tears in my eyes. I did have the "talk" with the future son-in-law the day he asked me for her hand in marriage. I simply asked him "do you love her"? He said "yes sir I do". I replied "good, but always remember one thing son, "I have already loved her for 26 years and it will be a long time before you catch up with me. I hope you understand what I am trying to tell you". He replied, "yes sir, I totally understand".
I was recently blessed with a beautiful grand daughter who also has brought tears to my eyes.

Congrats My Friend! I went through the same with tears and joy several years ago and have been blessed with a wonderful grandson since. Wishing your daughter and her family and you as well all the blessings and joy life affords.
