Veteran or Combat Veterans Icon under their AVATAR..

I have recently joined several sites to inform and educate me on the JK Jeep Wrangler I have..Looking for parts and learning about the wrangler I have and also what to look for and suggestions to all problems the community have dealt with...It has come to my attention in Pms from their administrators, that they like to put an Icon under my screen name in recognition of having served. I found that to be a compliment and recognition in a modest way for showing their appreciation and pride for our Veterans...I would like to see those that have served, be recognized by the site..Just a thought, Personally I was touched that they contacted me a offered to do it...I think this is a great idea for our members that have taken the oath and put themselves on the line for our great nation HERE..I don't need one but I thought it would be a good idea...

First of all thank you for your service. I would fully support something like this if it were optional for veterans and first responders to remain anonymous.

I have seen this on other sites. Not a bad idea.

It beats waiting for that letter from the POTUS thanking your family for your service.
