Underline Ads?

It went away for a little while but it just started happening again. I'm using Firefox on my MacBook and Safari on my iPad and my iPhone.

When it happens does it happen on every page you go to or just randomly? What ad(s) are at the top and/or bottom of the page when you see them?

I just seen it here on post 21, the words were underlined and the ad was from ad choice.

It does not happen on every page, but it does happen pretty frequently. It always has a Brownells or an Audi ad when it happens???
