I baked a 12ish lb one this morning. Half a stick of butter and a cut up onion inside it. 1 1/2" water, few dashes of salt. Cover. 360° for 3 hours. Makes all my broth

No pics cause it got destroyed

Spatchcocked, brined overnight then onto the Recteq this morning.

My first time cooking a turkey. It was supposed to go on the electric smoker last night but the element shorted. So we grilled/smoked it today. Loads of smokey flavor and super juicy.
