So it took 70 years to find the Titanic, a massive ship. Wonder if this little tube will ever be found in our lifetime. Some of the theories I've read say that it had some manual safety mechanisms the passengers could have activated that would have brought it up close to the surface in the event of a failure, and that if that hasn't happened yet they've already been dead since Sunday. Probably imploded under the pressure of going down that far.

I'd be worried about the lack of heat inside that thing...batteries not designed to last for days.

Wow, I'm just now reading about this "vessel" it aint no bigger than a ****ing passenger van?? Where would they piss **** and sleep?? Idiots for going out in that thing and even more so for thinking going 3 miles under was a good idea

It was equipped with a porta potty and the trip was only supposed to be max 8 hours.……..

How many millions will be spent looking for these people when we have MIA's, KIA's that haven't ever been recovered or even searched for.

At this point this is nothing more than a recovery mission.
