I mowed, I fed horses, I collected/ sold aluminum cans and bottles. Same with other scrap metals, especially copper. Hauled hay, farm handyman(boy), repaired bicycles, pumped gas, sold my homework. There's money out there, just go get it.

$2.00, mowed, edged and swept up afterwards. Later I’d sometimes get $5.00. I couldn’t imagine just asking people for money. Once as a teenager I was at a buddies house and his dad offered to take us to see a movie. I had no money so I declined, he said no worries, he’d pay for it. I couldn’t accept a handout like that but rather than just killing the plans I agreed to wash and wax his car to earn the money.

We're both pretty close into the tasks we did. On top of all that, I sold orange on the market, and at 14 years of age I used to go to a Supermarket at 4 am to help in the bakery, and make some extra bucks, and bring free bread home!!! Yuuuupppp.
