Heavy duty tire slime.

If that doesn't do it, stick another tire on the rim. I keep several sizes on hand for such occasions.

Probably easier to just find an abandoned vehicle with wheels that'll fit your's and swipe them.

I'd rather swap wheels than change the tires stuck to them. Plus, they would already be balanced & good to go.
