Is it possible to sort FS threads by region? If so please let me know how.

would be nice. It would also be nice if you could hit "what's new" in just one area, like S&S.

You can search by region, just go to the top right, select advanced, and then somewhere in there you can select "search by prefix." if someone could provide a more detailed explanation I would appreciate it, just checking the site on my phone right now.

I just added the option last week to exclude forums from the what's new button, so you just exclude all the forums outside of the trading post. I wish I could have two what's new buttons, one for discussion and one for classifieds, but there is just not an option available to do that right now.
