Interesting concepts. I wonder how it would all play out in practice. That is, how many people would remain on welfare vs. how many would be out on the streets. Maybe something like this should be piloted by a state with a low welfare rate and see how well it works.
This works great if you want to generalize that all poor people on government assistance ride around on spinning rims eating hohos. Don't be mad when these same poor people generalize Conservatives as bigoted or racist. Forced birth control implants? Where all the Constitutionalists at??
Why are we so impressed that a 21 year old is regurgitating all the rhetoric and anti-everything sentiment in this country? I know people are pissed and there is widespread abuse/fraud in all areas of government aid, but demonizing each other will solve absolutely nothing.
