Got this guy a week ago from wife’s friend. Red Golden Retriever. He is right at 1 year old. Wife’s friend couldn’t give it the exercise and attention he needs. I didn’t want it because I already have two. Wife said she wanted it to take hiking and camping and it will stay in house. Well after a week the dog has bonded with me. And since he was kept in a crate and limited to a backyard he is doing great here in the country. Plenty of room to run.

Have a Great Pyrenees outside named Lady, and Lucky is her best friend someone dropped him off so we kept him, he’s a little pit-mix.

I lost my pit 2 years ago too. Started limping out of nowhere. Thought maybe he hurt his paw but X-rays showed nothing. 2 weeks later, limping worse and got another X-ray. Ended up having Osteosarcoma in the shoulder. All this during my divorce. Def a dark time having to put him down during all that.

God that's awful! Sorry you had to go through that my friend. You got the double whammy. Not a good time as I went through the same and it dame near killed me.
