This is how it begins

The US Army used to make a "bee hive" round for their 105mm cannon. The round would go down range to a pre-determined range and burst. Inside the round was a ka-jillion flecehettes. These were finishing nail size projectiles with fins. Imagine the effect on anything inside the effective range. Think Pinhead from Hellraiser but with a lot more blood involved. I'm sure this round would be effective against bees, ninja hamsters and the like. Too bad they don't make them anymore...we're doomed.
