If the long gun is an AK47 or above and the short one is a S&W 500 or better, I'd say you are good for the rest of your life. If not, you are still good for the rest of your life, albeit a much shorter life. Oops, I failed to mention the AA12 Shotgun. The good news about it, the government will not let these be sold to American civilians.
The bad news, Obama will use them against you. The fast and furious debacle probably included some of these.
If you are not familiar with the AA12, Google it and watch the youtube video.
