I've been running out of room smoking jerky on the lil electric.
Thought I'd try the vertical toothpick method.
Might even patent it if it turns out ok.

Been smoking that way for years using metal skewers - works great and skewers are reusable. I've even smoked some on an outdoor pit with different woods - awesome!!!
