Yeah, some enterprising criminals with access to a basement workshop can make some homemade guns --what are often called zip guns. And they usually single shot deals.


Now, suppose that criminals could not access modern factory made firearms and they had to all resort to using single shot zip guns in order to have any gun at all:

What effect would that have on the murder rate the crime rate?


You think America would be better off if every armed bad guy had the above pictured homemade zip gun made from an Arrow T 50 stapler instead of whatever gun they currently have?

If that question confuses you think about the flipside --- would the Second Amendment's purpose be impaired if every American who currently owned a gun had their guns magically be replaced by single shot zip guns?

Is there a functional difference between having a single shot zip gun and having semi automatic with a 33 round magazine?
Or, even a full auto bullet hose-- because after all it only takes one shot to kill!

Well...if the law abiding citizen is not allowed to buy guns, then the gun makers will go out of business...AND then, the criminals will not be able to steal them....AND, then...the criminals will have to use knives and hammers and such....it will make it more difficult....understand???
