Taco Tuesday - be honest...

So, went the other night, was not aware that on taco Tuesdays, ground beef or chicken tacos are $2.00 apiece.
Chips and salsa, queso, 5 tacos, 2 orders beans and rice, and a margarita, $32.00. $10 tip and out the door.
Going back next week.

Well I had field peas, from my son's garden, cornbread, potato salad, fried chicken strip breasts, tomatoes. Oh yeah, pickled hot peppers too.

Diet/food intake management is a thing for me. Gotta save room for beer calories. No french fries, no biscuits, no desserts, donuts, minimal bread or none, no fast food, little or no sugar, black coffee, unsweet tea.

Made some birria tacos yesterday. First time luck… my girls said they were better than our favorite spot. Just a pot roast with canned chipotle peppers and this seasoning… It was good but I think they were trying to make my day? It worked lol.
