Suggest a 22 mag

I had a Marlin 882, a detachable box magazine fed bolt action .22 WMR in stainless steel with a synthetic stock.

It seemed pretty accurate. I shot it from the bench at 100 yards and from the prone position out to 200.

I got it for hunting coyotes and I never used it for that purpose. (the one time coyotes were menacing my pets & the neighbor's livestock, I decided to go out and try to confront them with a shotgun with a tactical light mounted on it.

My 1990's era Marlin 882 was not available with an Accu trigger or similarly light and adjustable trigger,

however I understand the new ones are, and that would help a lot because the trigger pull was a little bit heavy on mine. (5 lbs?)
P.S. In the pic, my rifle has the flashlight mounts on the bottom of the stock, but I took the light itself off for this range session.

CZ, savage, marlin. They all make good ones. Just pick one that fits your budget.

The most accurate 22 mag I have owned was a marlin 25MN.

My favorite is a 9422m
