Here's the one on my iPhone.

I don't know if this is ads from this site or apple putting them up. I did some searching and was able to get rid of mine temporally. Don't know if its permanent yet.
Heres what I did on my iPhone.
Open Safari on your iPhone and visit http://oo.apple.com. There you'll see a screen asking if you want to opt out of Interest Based iAds. If you flip the switch to "Off," the ads you see will not be based on your history. Instead, they will be general, non-targeted advertisements
You will get this screen

them open setting and scroll down to safari.
Turn private browsing on- click Close All on the pop up
and clear history and clear cookies.

You will have to retype in your password at next visit.

Funny thing, I've never looked at any haircare products..
What does the link take you to? I'm not clicking on anything that has email in it.
Well maybe I was wrong.. My Home Depot ad came back. It's not showing up on other sites. Really hope it's not generated from here. I'm not a Home Depot fan and have never searched it so not sure why its coming up.
I'm getting a full fledged pop up with apps advertisement. Grrrr.
