Thanks, Ty! I had a great time and all the Instructors are talking about the great bunch of students we had. No slackers, everyone put forth their maximum effort.

This was an awesome class!!!! I am very glad I went. The instructors were all great and they really did a good job of showing you what real stress was like. I was definetly able to see where I need more work and cant wait for round two!!! Thanks Precision Apps!!!

Aaahhh.......kettle bells! How's your lower back this morning?

We had students from their early 30's to just under 55. We had a guy that had to use his inhaler a few times during the day. All put out 100%.
