The leaves are bay leaves which help cut the freshness a d gamey taste. Just usual season salts, a bit of curry and fresh blended herbs and a bit of tomato paste. Cooked on low heat for 2hrs after searing in some oil since wild boards barely have any fat and cook dry.

Looks good but I wonder, how tender it is with only two hrs to cook?

Meat is soft, it was a young pig, barely had any tusks. And i sliced it thin for that exact reason to make sure it was tender.
